Document verification is where technically eligible students lose seats — missing originals, wrong category format, or expired certificates are common failures.
Universal Documents
NEET admit card and scorecard, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, transfer and migration certificates, ID proof, passport photos, and allotment letter from counselling authority.
Category and Quota Documents
Caste, income, EWS, PwD, and domicile certificates must match the issuing format required by MCC or the state. Central format for AIQ; state format for state quota — they are not interchangeable.
NRI and Management Quota Extras
Sponsor proof, fee payment receipts, anti-ragging affidavit, and medical fitness certificates. Some states require bond undertakings at verification itself.
