The Pondicherry NEET PG Counselling will be done by the State Counselling Authority, CENTAC. Students interested in participating in Pondicherry NEET PG Counselling 2026 must have passed the final MBBS Exam from the recognized Institution/ University and must have satisfactorily completed ONE YEAR of COMPULSORY ROTATORY RESIDENTIAL INTERNSHIP as on 15.08.2026 and should also submit the internship completion certificate at the time of admission. 

The seats allotted under different categories are :-

• Government Quota Seats in Government Colleges
• Government Quota Seats in Private Colleges
• Management Quota Seats in Private Colleges
• Minority (Management – Christian / Telugu) Quota Seats in Private (Minority) Colleges

Pondicherry NEET PG Counselling Process 2026

In order to secure PG seat in Pondicherry, here are the steps to be followed in Pondicherry NEET PG Counselling:-

Step 1 – Online Registration & Fee Payment

The primary step is online registration on the Pondicherry NEET PG Counselling official website i.e. https://www.centacpuducherry.in/ by using roll number and other necessary details. After getting registration, student is then required to pay the registration fees as applicable.

Step 2 – Choice Filling

The next step in the Pondicherry NEET PG Counselling Process is the choice filling. In the choice filling process, student is required to select the preferred college and course he or she wish to opt on the basis of eligibility.

Step 3 – Verification of Documents

Post choice filling, candidate is required to upload and verify the documents including NEET PG Scorecard, certificate, ID proof. 

Step 4 – Allotment of Seat

Once the documents are submitted, seats are then allotted by the counselling authority on the basis of rank, choice filled and availability of seat. 

Step 5 – Reporting to Allotted College

The last step in the Pondicherry NEET PG Counselling is reporting to the college within a specified time along with some of the required documents. 

If student is not satisfied with the college, then he or she can opt for a further round of Pondicherry NEET PG Counselling

Documents Required for Pondicherry NEET PG 2026

Below given are the necessary documents that will be required at the time of Pondicherry NEET PG Counselling:-

Documents to be submitted by all candidates are as follows:-

• Passport size photograph of the applicant (20 to 50 KB)
• Scanned signature of the applicant (20 to 50 KB)
• Proof of Date of Birth - Birth Certificate / High School / Higher Secondary School Certificate (100 to 500 KB)
• UG Degree / Provisional / Course Completion Certificate (100 to 500 KB)
• PG NEET (M.D. / M.S.) - Score Card (100 to 500 KB)
• Transfer Certificate from the Institute last studied (100 to 500 KB)

Additional documents to be submitted for U.T of Puducherry candidates:-

• Residence / Community / EWS, if applicable (100 to 500 KB)
• Freedom Fighter / Ex-Servicemen / Persons with Disabilities / Sports Certificates, if applicable (100 to 500 KB)
• Affidavit as per Annexure I-A should be uploaded in Rs.20/-, e-Stamp paper duly attested by the Notary for claiming Puducherry Residence

Additional documents for other state candidates are as follows:-
